Patent approved!
Svenska Patent och Registreringsverket, The Swedish Patent and Registration Office, have now officially approved the first of Ekofektivs pending patent applications! This patent protects the unique and ingenious method Energy Efficiency 2.0 (EE2) uses to control existing HVAC systems in buildings for energy savings and optimization. Patent SE 534 894 C2
Energy savings with EE2
A case study has been conducted that describes and exemplifies in detail how Energy Efficiency 2.0, EE2, is saving energy in buildings. The document can be accessed here. In this case energy savings amounts to more than 20 percent when comparision is made with energy consumption before and after EE2 was installed.
Ekofektiv installs gateways at Chalmers
